Mauricio Macri asumió la presidencia argentina

Luego de jurar en el Congreso Nacional, Macri se dirigió a la Casa Rosada, sede del Gobierno, para recibir la banda y el bastón presidencial ante presidentes latinoamericanos y representantes extranjeros. Luego salió al balcón frente a la histórica plaza de Mayo y agradeció a los presentes el haber podido cumplir el sueño, e invito "a todos a transformar el país, se puede", afirmó Macri, entusiasmado y descontracturado, no tuvo problemas en bailar ante el pedido de la gente.

Luego recibió a los mandatarios y representantes extranjeros en el Palacio San Martín (Cancillería). Por la noche asisitió a la gala en el Teatro Colón.
